BF1943 isn't a full game. It's basically just like Battlefield Heroes, just a little less cartoonish. There are currently only 3 maps + a dogfight map. Not to mention there are only 3 kit choices that cannot be altered. It might be a fun little side game to play, but as for which to get out of the two, BF:BC2 is more bang for your buck. That's why Joel made the point of buying both when they were released, you might as well. In fact, BF1943 won't be more than 20bucks at release, and will only be available via downloadable content from EA.

BF:BC2 might be more popular amongst the members who joined during our BF2 days (most of us, I would assume). Nostalgia? You better believe it! (:

BC2 will have everything we were hoping our ideal BF3 would have. For example; the squad feature is something we missed out on in COD4. That and of course, vehicles (some of us are itching to get back in the cockpit). Despite the fact that the size of the combat zones have been scaled down a bit, they're still fairly large compared to the COD maps. Hopefully the fact that the game is no longer 32v32 (now 12v12) won't lessen the chaoticness. (:

BF:BC2 is your best bet.

The game was all there, just an unsightly amount of bugs and imbalance issues...

He was poking fun at MW2. Who needs that when you can get this game. Even if it is EA. Wink
