Couple things to ponder

1. Maybe 'little people' are normal. Maybe most of us are just 'large people' and are actually deformed (dunno what dwarfism is considered).
2. Like someone said, Maybe our entire existence is just a controlled experiment inside of a lab of a higher being and we're just being toyed around with (such as aliens/intelligent life beyond our imagination).
3. Maybe the government is being controlled by the higher power (mentioned above) just to cover up stuff that might have gone wrong in the experiment or happened inside the lab or got out of control in the experiment.
4. Almost same as above, but what if our existence is like a snow globe, loved my millions and tossed like garbage.
5. Maybe we are the actual mutants, not the people with more than 1 toe, 1 less arm, ect.

I dunno what made me think of it, I was just wondering these things.
Wouldn't be weird if these were true? Which they very much may well be... we will probably never know.
